COMMENTS
In this region, we have 4 group homes for the deaf and mentally ill. One home is a specialized program for a deaf, blind, mentally ill, and mentally retarded individual. The other 3 homes are 3-bed group homes which serve deaf and mentally ill individuals to enhance their independent living skills or for those who have been discharged from the hospital--step-down home for those patients.
