COMMENTS
CHC is a 102-year old, not-for-profit, hearing rehabilitation center and a historic pillar of support for NYC's deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind community. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for this population. CHC, in addition to mental health services, provides audiology, hearing aid evaluations and dispensing, communication therapies including speech reading and auditory processing disorder evalutions and treatment. Staff in the Emotional Health and Wellness Center are fully fluent in ASL and CHC is fully accessible to all.
