COMMENTS
All program staff members have videophones in their offices. Staff have been trained and certified in a number of current Evidence-Based practices such as: Interpersonal Therapy for Adolescents and Adults, Crisis Intervention, Seeking Safety, and Triple P (parenting skills and family therapy) for children and adolescents. Staff are also trained in application of DBT techniques adapted to Deaf persons based on work done at the Deaf Wellness Center at University of Rochester School of Medicine, New York.
