We provide direct services such as therapy, case management, and coordination as well as consultation & training to Mental Health professionals/ other service providers. In this region, we have inpatient treatment for the deaf and mentally ill. The inpatient unit serves to help deaf/hard of hearing mentally ill patients to become stable and functioning before discharging them into the community. There is also a deaf communication specialist who works for the state with Office of Deaf Services. A deaf and/or signing clinician will be hired soon.
